I went all the way through Schulze and Mumford with Barbara. I remember going down to the Detroit TV studios to record a program about the history of Christmas traditions. She was a bright,, engaging person.
Barbara was one of the nicest, quietest, and classiest ladies of our graduating class. She always had time for you; a great smile and never failed to greet you in some way. She was in a class of her own.
Barbara and I went through Schulze and Mumford together. I used to go over to her house house, climb the stairs to the small 2nd floor, and sit on a couch to watch Friday night shows on a 10 inch, black and white screen. Her mother would bring us cookies. She is an important part of my best childhood memories. Good bye, my old friend.

I remember Barbara as being too sweet to be true. But she was true. And once again, our world loses one of its best. Sad to hear of her departure.
