Estelle Ann Bloom  passed away February 13, 2024 at her home in Scottsdale, Arizona. She attended Wayne State University and earned a BA, MA, EdD. She retired as a principal of Oakland Elementary and had a 32 year in Education. She is survived by many loving relatives.
