It was with deep sadness to learn that Marlene was gone. We had so many wild & crazy fun times together. Alone & with Billy & Paul. She was so beautiful with a zest for life. Missed dearly.
Marlene was one of my closet friends in elementary school. She was bright, outgoing, effervesant, kind, and an all around wonderful friend. We belonged to a club called the Debutants while at Vernor. In the club was Cheri Robinson, Barbara Fox, Marcy Grossfield, Carol Lichtig, and Norma Weitz.
In our adult years the members of the club would get together at least twice a year for dinner. I went to visit Marlene at home a few weeks before she died. She is missed by so many friends and family.
MArlene was our loss too early in life. Jill and I remember Marlene from Vernor as well as Mumford. Jules went to college with bobby Budman and he talked abou Marlene so many times. We miss her dearly. Jill and Jules Goldman
