Mr. McDaid was a kind man and an excellent Algebra teacher. He was particularly gifted in teaching to those of us who had difficulty following the logic of and complexity of Advanced Algebra. He spoke slowly and made sure that the students understood each step of the arduous process of solving algebraic problems. He helped me end my formal Mathematics education on a high note!
