Richard Kaplan recently unexpectedly passed away at his home in Scottsdale, Arizona. He leaves behind his wife Marri Bernier and daughters Julie and Rachel and other family. He earned a BS in Criminal Justice Services at Arizona State University and was a Client Services Coordinator for the Juvenile Division of the Public Defenders Office in Scottsdale.
