After graduation from UofM Medical school I moved to Denver, Colorado to do a residency in OBGYN.
I became very active in the prochoice community after Roe V. Wade and was medical director of Planned Parenthood for many years . I have had a private OBGYN practice for over 35 years and have delivered over 15000 Colorado natives.
For that past 5 years I have been actively involved in identifying and treating patients with hereditary breast and ovarian cancer gene mutations and have spoken extensively around the country. I continue to practice part time and spend an increasing amount of time walking on the beach at my vacation house in Ogunquit Maine
